Our skilled team of Quality Assurance experts work hard to ensure that our products are manufactured and tested to all current standards in UKAS, HOKLAS and CNAS accredited test laboratories. Test reports are filed on our automated database and can be accessed instantly, test reports nearing expiry date are automatically flagged up by our system and the product is then retested.

based and QC is based in China. Every product we sell is risk assessed and assigned by a dedicated QA staff member and is monitored and approved through our critical path process. We work with all of the major international test houses for our product testing, inspections and compliance.
We pride ourselves on putting our customers first, working with them to ensure that all their requirements are met so that they receive a quality product which is fit for purpose.

CRITICAL PATH
Every step of the purchase and delivery process will be tracked using our critical path software. This links our offices directly and information can be shared live and updated in real time between our office teams and logistics partner. This ensures timescales and deadlines can be monitored and met and problems dealt with quickly and efficiently.
